The breath is our super power. Yet, we often take those inhales and exhales for granted! (I know I did for many years!)  We can choose to focus on optimizing this life-generating force to: 

- balance energy
- reduce stress
- improve sleep 
- sharpen focus and concentration
- enhance mood 

​With the Santosha Life BreathWork Program, you'll learn simple, scientific exercises that anyone can use to quickly affect their autonomic nervous system, stress response, mood and energy levels. The objective is to empower practitioners with this tool of self care! 

This program will allow you to explore several breathing techniques so that you can determine the ones that suit you and your lifestyle the most.
 
We’ll have four sessions together, and you’ll receive an audio recording after each session to inspire you to continue your practice throughout the week. Consistency is key!
 
There are hundreds of breathing techniques out there and new research coming out every day. Our practice will keep it simple, so that it can be more easily made into a habit.

How it works

The program has four weekly sessions, to be completed in a month’s time.

The first and second sessions are 45 minutes and the two sessions in the middle are 30 minutes. 
​
After each session, you will receive a personal audio file with the breathing technique we explored in our session. This will help you to practice throughout the week.
 
You can do these anywhere in the world!  All you need is Wi-Fi and a place where you can sit comfortably and undisturbed. The sessions will be conducted via Zoom (or FaceTime if you prefer).
 
This is a safe and confidential space. I want you to feel comfortable exploring these techniques and to express how you're feeling and to ask questions!
