ONLINE ZooM SCHEDULE
*All times listed are in eastern time - Toronto/New York*
Registration information is below
REGISTRATION
1. Send an email to [email protected] with your name and the class you'd like to register for. *Note: If it's your first class, please make sure I have your email to send you the class link.
2. Complete your e-transfer or PayPay payment of the class fee of $18 (this includes HST) for one class.
(If you're using a gift card, simply email me to let me know what class you'd like to attend!)
Note: you can register for up to five classes at a time. Please note that class passes are non-refundable and will expire two months after purchase. The Santosha Life reserves the right to make schedule changes. Thank you!
3. Please register at least two hours prior to the start of class. You'll then receive a Zoom link, playlist link and props needed for the practice.
4. Please listen to your body during all practices. If a pose or movement, doesn't feel right, please gently pull out of it. If you feel you want to challenge yourself more by going deeper into a pose, that's also your call. Enjoy responsibly!

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Stretch & Restore Yoga
Get out of your head and into your body for an hour of relaxation and release.
This class is a combination of gentle flow, active and passive stretches (yin), followed by healing restorative poses. Mindful breathwork will be weaved throughout. Get ready to stretch it out and release tension. Enjoy this much needed break!
Props Needed: Blanket, pillow, strap (or belt), blocks (or books)
Optional: essential oils and candles to set the mood :)

This all levels class includes a variety of yoga poses linked together with breath awareness to create an energetic, dynamic flow. This class will also focus attention on poses designed to improve flexibility, joint mobility and the release of tight muscles.
Props Needed: None.
Optional Props: Blanket for knees or savasana, blocks (or books)
Give yourself an hour to move with breath and take a well-deserved break from it all.
This all levels class includes a variety of yoga poses linked together with breath awareness to create an energetic, dynamic flow. This class will also focus attention on poses designed to improve flexibility, joint mobility and the release of tight muscles.

Power Flow Yoga

This class will take it up a notch with more core sequences, faster flows and exploration of more advanced poses (nothing crazy!....but you may find an arm balance here and there). Expect to break a sweat and to challenge yourself, while experiencing all the amazing breath work, stretches and wind down relaxation of a normal flow class.
This class requires previous experience.
Props Needed: None
Optional Props: Blanket for knees or savasana, blocks (or books)
Give yourself an hour to move with breath and take a well-deserved break from it all.

This class combines an energizing slow flow with deep stretches and restorative poses.
With an emphasis on breathwork and mindfulness weaved throughout, you'll release tension in the body and mind have the space and time to recharge.

I'll be sending a link to the Spotify playlist prior to the class. If you'd like to have music to go with your practice, make sure you tee this up at home! Enjoy! Note: apparently if you have the free version of Spotify, you will hear some commercials. You may want to upgrade for a few months so that you won't have those interruptions.

GIVING BACK: Together we raised $750 for the Black Health Alliance on Saturday, June 13! Thank you to the 33 Yogi's from across the world who participated! In April, we raised $650 for the team at Mhai Yoga in Cuba. In December we raised $750 for the North York Women's Shelter. Thank you for being such a generous community!
