In these special 75-minute Flow classes, you can expect a supportive, uplifting environment where you can explore and deepen your yoga and mindfulness practice. I'll guide you through dynamic sequences of asanas (poses) that will challenge and invigorate your body, helping you build strength, flexibility, and resilience. We'll also have the opportunity to set intentions to help cultivate a positive mindset for the week.
Set to an inspiring playlist, classes will incorporate aromatherapy and personalized adjustments (optional of course). All levels are welcome.
I've rented the amazing bright studio space in Branksome Hall.
Please bring your mat (there are a limited number of mats at the studio) and some good vibes!

CANCELLATION:
If you need to cancel for any reason with more than 12 hours notice, you can use your class credit towards online classes, transfer your pass to another date (if there is space), transfer your pass to a friend, or choose to donate it to a student who is not able to afford in-person yoga classes. Unfortunately if you cancel within 12 hours of the class, I'm not able to accommodate a refund or transfer.
GETTING THERE:
There is parking either on school property, or there is free street parking in and around the school. The closest subway stations are either Rosedale or Sherbourne. If you're taking Rosedale, you can hop on the bus to get you a little closer.
