MEET BONNIE!
YEARS PRACTICING YOGA:
4 years inconsistently; 12 months consistently
TRANSFORMATION:
Struggled holding a warrior pose and now has a strong warrior flow including chaturanga! Changed her body shape from a size 12 to a size 6 and established a mindfulness practice.
FAVOURITE PART OF PRACTICE:
The ongoing growth and feeling of peacefulness.

In her own words...
"For years I've wanted to start and maintain a yoga practice. I've been on Kathy's DR retreats (loved them!), made new friends and always came home super motivated. I even created a space in my house, got the props and signed up for an app... but it just didn't stick.
I was excited when Kathy opened her Virtual Studio last year. Having her live on the other side of the screen made all the difference for me!
I started with one semi-private class per week, then added a group class and private sessions.
A year later, and we're still going strong. (My body shape has changed dramatically and I've gone from a size 12 to a size 6!).
Being a beginner who could not hold a warrior pose for very long, I remember being excited when Kathy felt I was ready (and strong enough) for Power Flow!
Kathy's expert and patient instruction, plus the consistent classes week over week made a big difference.
I now have a strong yoga practice with benefits both on and off the mat, and I'm grateful!
I expect yoga retreats will be even more rewarding now, and I look forward to finding out in Iceland!"
