TESTIMONIALS

“Being able to join virtual yoga classes with Kathy have been an absolute delight. She creates incredible playlists and an environment that makes me feel as though I am back in the yoga studio. Her personal connection with her students and ability to bring people together makes for a special experience on zoom where it feels like I am practicing with friends again, as opposed to the reality of being isolated at home. These are the only virtual classes I've enjoyed during the Covid-19 pandemic due to her personal touch! “

“Kathy’s classes feel like a big hug. I feel reinvigorated, taller, happier, more self aware. She has a gift that makes everyone feel like she is there with you as you work with what’s right for your own body. Kathy’s virtual yoga classes are keeping me sane during this challenging time. I do 2 yoga flows a week with her plus her yin/restorative class. I’ve been a big fan of Kathy’s classes for years and went on her retreat to the Dominican Republic in November. Fingers crossed we will be able go again this November!”
